The CNW, HSCNW and MCW are designed to connect threaded rods to one another and to anchor bolts. These coupler nuts are designed to exceed the specified minimum tensile capacity of the corresponding bolts and threaded rod. All CNW, HSCNW and MCW coupler nuts feature a positive stop to help ensure even threading into each end of the nut and a Witness® hole as a means to verify when rods are properly installed.
- Couplers use a Witness hole to ensure proper installation
- Positive stop feature that helps ensure proper thread engagement into each end of the nut on straight-through models
- CNW models do not have any notches; HSCNW models are indicated with a single notch; MCW models are indicated with two notches
