How fast can I pick up my order?
Choose in-store pickup at checkout. Orders at our Maple Ridge store are usually ready within 2 hours if items are in stock. We email you when it's ready.
Do you ship?
Yes. Orders over $200 ship free anywhere in Canada. Rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Can I pick up from the Abbotsford warehouse?
Yes, by appointment only. Call 604-465-6278 to book.
How do I get trade pricing?
Apply for a trade account on our Trade Accounts page. Once approved, log in to see your pricing.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Trade account customers get free delivery on the HNT Tools truck across the Lower Mainland on orders over $150. We contact you to confirm the delivery time.
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days with your receipt or order number. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item. See our return policy.
What brands do you carry?
More than 70 brands, including Milwaukee, Bosch, Simpson Strong-Tie, Hillman, Pearl Abrasives, JET, Lenox, Starrett, Channellock, 3M, Honeywell, Watson Gloves and Pioneer. See every brand on our Shop by Brand page.
How do I know when my order will be ready?
Every product page shows a ready time. Ready for pickup in 2 hours means it is in stock at our Maple Ridge store. Ready in 24 to 48 hours means our local supplier has it and we bring it in for you. Ready in 7 to 10 days means we order it in.
Do you take special orders?
Yes. Milwaukee tools we don't have in stock can be special ordered and usually ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Sign in to see your special-order price. For anything we don't list, send us a quote request or call 604-465-6278.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
Yes. Send us a quote request with the items and quantities, or call 604-465-6278 or email orders@hnttools.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I pay my HNT account invoice online?
Yes. Go to Pay an Invoice, enter your invoice numbers and the amount, and pay by card. Use the email on your HNT account at checkout so we can match the payment.
Do you have technical documents for Simpson Strong-Tie products?
Yes. Most Simpson Strong-Tie anchor, connector and screw pages have a Technical documents box with links to Simpson's Canadian design values, ICC-ES or IAPMO code reports, and UL or FM listings where they apply.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We ship within Canada only.
