The DualMax™ Maxidisc™ is a hybrid flap disc with alternating flaps of non-woven and coated abrasive. It removes material in a controlled way and leaves a consistent, uniform finish in a single step. The premium coated abrasive layer gives fast, cool material removal, and the non-woven layer conditions the surface for an even finish.
Use it for finishing light weld seams, light deburring, improving surface roughness, refining coarse grinding lines, removing splatter and scale, and preparing for polishing on stainless steel, aluminum, special alloys, soft metals and auto repair.
