Shaker Screen Bolts (downhole bolts) are fully threaded, similar to carriage bolts, with a low-profile head and are designed for wood-to-wood or wood-to-metal heavy vibration applications. These bolts feature a square neck, designed to prevent rotation when the nut is either tightened or loosened. They are characterized by their smooth, round head that offers a clean, finished appearance. Zinc-coated, for excellent resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial use. Grade 5 fasteners are heat treated and are stronger than grade 2 fasteners.
